The opportunity Cromarty Automation is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical/Instrumentation Technician to join our Devonport team.
Cromarty Automation technicians provide a wide range of services to our customers, including, but not limited to:
Electrical and Control System installation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshootingCommunication Systems installation, testing and troubleshootingInstallation and servicing of electrical equipmentHazardous area installation and maintenanceConsidered applicants will be highly motivated to deliver innovative electrical, instrumentation and technology solutions to meet a variety of customer needs.
Role Requirements Hold a current Electrical Practitioners License – ElectricianInstrumentation qualifications, or willingness to be trained to Cert III in Instrumentation and ControlSound knowledge of computer systems and common softwareInstrumentation maintenance and calibrationsHold a current Driver's LicenseDemonstrate strong safety leadership by adhering to and promoting all Cromarty safety policies and proceduresBe reliable, have good initiative, and quality focusedGood time management, well organised, and the ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication skills - written, spoken, listening and the ability to work effectively in a teamProblem solving skills through sound fault finding and fault rectification processesExperience in the following will be highly regarded: White Card, WAH, Confined Space High-Risk inc. EWP, LF are desirableIndustrial/Manufacturing experiencePLC, RTU & VFD maintenance and troubleshootingSCADA system knowledge/experienceUPS systems maintenance and troubleshootingAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant according to experience.
