Across our Australian operations, we extract and process rich mineral sands into a range of valuable products including ilmenite, zircon, rutile and titanium dioxide pigment which are then exported to international markets.Our sites are part of the global operations of Tronox Limited, the world's leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:38 hour average week with a compressed 9 day fortnight optionEligibility to participate in the Tronox bonus scheme12.5% SuperannuationEarly access to Long Service Leave at 5 years (pro-rata)An annual leave purchase programCompany paid salary continuance, journey, TPD & life insurancesPaid parental leave policyAnnual health related programs and benefitsNovated leasing options availableA service award programRelocation to Bunbury if neededAbout The Role:We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our maintenance team at our Australind finishing plant in the heart of Bunbury.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, our Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor is the Site Electrical Nominee and is responsible for:Leading a maintenance team to ensure quality of workmanship and a commitment to safe working practices, continuous improvement and cost reduction.Providing coaching, and overseeing the training and development of the team.Coordinating and allocating work to ensure that service and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in accordance with company and legislative requirements.Proactively driving a positive safety culture within the team.Coordinating and planning plant shut downs utilizing internal and external resources.Minimising downtime through accurate fault-finding and investigation.Coordinating and supervising contractors.Managing equipment data and history in the CMMS.Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.About You:To be successful in this role you will ideally need to possess:A Grade Electrical Workers Licence (WA)Cert IV in InstrumentationMinimum 3 years experience managing electrical trades within a fixed plant processing environmentThe ability to motivate a team and implement changeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workKnowledge of relevant Australian Electrical StandardsPrevious control system experience (DeltaV/Honeywell/ ABB)The following would be highly regarded, but are not mandatory:Electrical Nominee / Contractors LicenceHV Operator Switching CertificationSAP CMMS knowledge and experienceWhat's next?Does this role sound like the challenge you are looking for?
