About the role As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will provide excellent customer service while driving sales across multiple product lines. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall success of the branch through effective merchandising and inventory management.
Responsibilities Liaise with customers to identify their needs and respond with solutions. Support the branch in building on our customer base by identifying new customers and successfully growing sales across our diverse product range. Be an excellent communicator and build relationships through trust and honesty. Actively contribute to the company's goals, targets, and budgets. Assist with general duties including stock takes, loading, and unloading. About you To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
Ability to learn a product range quickly. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Good organisational and time management skills with solid computer literacy. Self-motivated and ambitious. Professional selling and negotiating abilities.
