About The Role
We are looking for a Leasing Officer to join our Real Estate team.
The role is a permanent, full-time position.
Our Leasing Officers are responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties ensuring that all leasing activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations while providing an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Promote available properties to attract prospective tenants Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants and schedule property viewings Manage and conduct property viewings Communicate with property owners and provide them with regular updates Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure tenant retention Stay current on market trends and rental rates to make informed leasing decisions Provide input on marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants About You
To succeed at Elders, you:
Have proven experience in real estate leasing or property management (desirable) Possess working knowledge of the local area and property market Have sound knowledge of applicable legislation Exhibit strong client management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Hold a driver's licence (essential) Possess a Property Manager licence (desirable) About Elders
