About the role Full-time Fixed-Term Parental Leave contract (January 2025 to August 2025)Based at Eldercare Hope ValleyAn exciting fixed-term opportunity for a high performing Lifestyle and Wellbeing leader now exists at Eldercare Hope Valley, a 101-bed residential aged care facility.
You will design individual resident wellbeing and lifestyle support plans aligned with residents' agreed outcomes and lifestyle choices. You will partner with residents, families, and the Eldercare multidisciplinary team to promote autonomy, purpose, and connection for all residents. A natural 'people-person', you will use your belief in the potential of our residents and your team to achieve extraordinary results.
