Possess previous experience as a Centre Assistant Director or a position of leadership. Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an Early Childhood Tertiary Qualification. Be committed to Christ and able to demonstrate active church involvement. Be able to supervise the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for the children, in conjunction with the Teacher and Team Leader respectively for the Early Learning Centre. Assist in meeting individual children needs within the spiritual, educational, care and recreational philosophy of the programme. Demonstrate excellent professional and interpersonal relationship with children and families. Be committed to excellence. Provide a Working With Children Check or its replacement or be willing to obtain one.
