Responsibilities Performing routine bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable Customer and supplier enquiries Weekly payroll Preparing and processing orders and invoices General office support including reception, phones and document management Provide assistance and be a support for all areas of the business Collaborate with logistics staff to ensure accurate inventory management occurs What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounts receivable. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Experience in using MYOB , highly desired Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 Good numerical and analytical skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards What we offer
