The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare.

A new role awaitsThe Corporate, Information, and Property Services Branch is seeking an experienced EL2 Director Property Capital Works to join their team.
The team is responsible for the delivery of centralised corporate services across the Agency, including delivering and managing the Agency's physical property portfolio, corporate services and shared services arrangements with Services Australia.
The Property team manage the delivery and maintenance of the NDIA properties, the associated fit-out of sites and capital works.
This includes the coordination of maintenance and repair work, site establishment, decommissioning and relocations.
The management of leasing of standalone sites and co-located arrangements with other federal departments.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Leading and managing detailed and sensitive property projects.Managing end-to-end construction project management including planning, design, approvals, procurement, delivery and handover.Developing research and analysis, including the preparation of draft reports on project activities.Identifying and managing program governance including the management of project risks, issues and benefits.Establishing and managing procurement and contracts for the delivery of the programme and monitor contractor performance.Enough about us, let's talk about youOur ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in property leadership roles, excels in a collaborative team environment, and can effectively navigate dynamic situations.
