About the Role: Take charge of high-level, complex projects driving quality outcomes across our client's agency functions. Exercise significant independence, utilising advanced decision-making and judgement skills. Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for our client's interests in various forums. Responsibilities: Manage multidisciplinary teams conducting rigorous mixed methods research and evaluations. Develop and oversee program logic models, theory of change, and evaluation frameworks. Spearhead innovative approaches to utilise both existing and new data for measuring client outcomes. Foster strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders for designing and executing evaluation projects. Prepare high-quality written evaluation findings, including business cases and parliamentary briefs. Cultivate a culture of evaluative thinking across the agency, enhancing organisational capacity for evaluations.
