If so, you might be the person we are looking for to perform the role of Director Workforce Development within the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Regulatory Design (NPSRD) team.
As the EL2 Director Workforce Development, you will lead a small team in the execution and ongoing refinement of a total workforce development strategy, designed to develop the people capability required for the NPSRD and future Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulator (ANNPSR).
You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting overseas embedments and secondments for ANNPSR staff with our AUKUS partners.
The EL2 Director Workforce Development will be required to continuously develop and implement effective training and development strategies to meet the evolving skill requirements of both technical and non-technical APS and ADF staff throughout the evolution of the ANNPSR. This will include working closely with key nuclear and regulatory stakeholders in support of workforce development synergies.
