As part of the Library's senior leadership team, you will work collaboratively with your team, across Collection Branch and the Library to serve the public and achieve our priorities.
The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Director, Strategy and Transformation role in the Collection Branch.
In this role you will drive continuous business improvement and innovation across the Collection Branch.
You will work closely with the Branch leadership team, and across the Library, to apply project management and change management methodology to projects and initiatives, and to support Branch budgeting, corporate performance and reporting activities You will have a focus on ensuring that critical tasks are managed, and risks addressed.
The position requires excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both under broad direction and independently to achieve strategic priorities.
