For many Australians, this will be the first time they receive the disability support they need. The NDIA is now seeking an EL2 Director Partnerships in the Evidence and Practice Leadership Branch.The Evidence and Practice Leadership Branch is responsible for ensuring that NDIA policies, practices and priorities are informed by trustworthy and robust evidence and are implemented to inform a consistent standard of practice.It conducts high-quality evaluations of programs and services to inform quality improvement and to determine how programs or services are contributing to improving participant or scheme outcomes.This recruitment process will fill immediate vacancies and will develop a merit list for future opportunities that may arise over the next 18 months.Where you can add valueThe EL2 Director Partnerships handles both strategic and operational tasks, like building relationships and representing the NDIA in negotiations. This includes engaging stakeholders, developing policies, and overseeing program implementation.Directing the full spectrum of procurement and contracting services and initiatives within the branch.Leading the creation of tender documents, conducting tender evaluations, and negotiating and awarding contracts for significant procurement projects.Offering expertise in the development and execution of evaluation processes, including criteria, documentation, and protocols.Coordinating the establishment of new partnerships, identifying emerging needs, and enhancing relationships through consistent engagement.Enough about us, let's talk about youOur ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, thrive on sharing expertise and building professional relationships.
