El1 Training Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Training Officer who will play a key role in working with Sections to identify general and technical training requirements for new and existing staff members to maintain and build competency in their roles.
They will:
Develop standardised training modulesMeasure and document competencyCreate generalised training plans for a range of common roles across the BranchWork with Sections to develop and establish Training SchedulesHelp develop processes and templates for recording and monitoring training in the systemTo be considered for the position you will have an understanding of, and experience in, training others and formalising training programs, you will also be able to demonstrate:
Highly developed communication skills including an excellent ability to present, interpret information, listen and consult.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to cultivate positive working relationships.Ability to work collaboratively with others, build upon their knowledge, and suggest ways to reach and implement a common goal.Well-developed project management skills and experience, including a sound ability to complete projects to meet client/stakeholder needs.High level organisational and time management skills.Sound decision making skills, incorporating initiative and professional judgement.Candidates must be Australian Citizens.
