About the Role• Leading, researching and identifying insights contributing towards Agency understanding of information.• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research.• Overseeing, creating and documenting current state service through design and research, identifying current participant and staff experience and business processes.• Leading and managing process design improvement including evaluating proposed solutions and design at both a conceptual and tactical level.• Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders through work processes.• Leading and facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users, designing and testing future experiences.• Applying in-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and the related impacts across work areas.• Overseeing end-to-end service experiences, ensuring changes are based on participant and staff need and are consistent for all users across different touchpoints.
