EL1 Senior Specialist Systems Integration, Various Locations About the role This role is working as part of the ACIC Messaging and Integration Team in a production support role.
This involves investigating production problems in an environment using IBM Integration components, working with application teams, and maintaining and developing monitoring and logging tools to ensure reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities: Investigate production problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with application teams for effective troubleshooting.
Maintain and develop monitoring and logging tools.
Ensure the reliability and performance of systems.
