Showcase your knowledge in Australian clinical quality registries Make a difference and contribute to public health Based in Sydney CBD, with a hybrid working option A fantastic opportunity has become available to work with one of our Government agencies based in Sydney for an 18-month contract as a Senior Project Officer, Clinical Quality Registries (EL1).

Guided by your expertise and knowledge in Clinical Quality Registries, you will lead the planning and development of strategies and provide secretariat support for relevant committees of the National Arrangements for Clinical Quality Registries and the Australian Register of Clinical Registries.

You will join their dynamic work program, supporting the overall improvement and leading the project management activities including research and analysis, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
  
You will have the opportunity to develop and coordinate consultation strategies with industry experts and stakeholders to meet program objectives and bring your evidence-based/ solutions-focused approach to implement recommendations and execute the amendments to ensure timely achievement of short and long-term activities.
  
To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and, ideally have the following skills and experience:
Solid understanding of the National Arrangements for Clinical Quality Registries and the Australian Register of Clinical Registries Experience and knowledge of the Australian healthcare system, government policy, and safety and quality issues in healthcare. Highly developed project management skills, strong time management with experience managing competing priorities while coordinating projects; and in other functional areas as required. Strong written communication, strategic analysis, and interpretation skills; Experience in analyzing evidence and developing conceptual models for complex problem. Ability to foster productive relationships with various agencies, clinical organisations, consumer groups, and government authorities. This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers flexible working arrangements ( 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
