The aim of the DART program is to improve NDIS Commission system functionality and responsiveness to reduce the administrative burden on providers and support our governance and monitoring processes.
The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.
As a Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in risk management while enjoying a collaborative and flexible working environment.
You will be able to demonstrate: Strong ability to align operational activities with the Commission's objectives Proven analytical skills, able to undertake systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions Excellent at building and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Skilled in identifying key talent and fostering high performance Ability to see projects through to completion, monitoring and adjusting plans as required.
About the Role Perform thorough risk assessments, identifying risks across multiple streams and work areas Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks and support program success Maintain and regularly update the program's risk register, ensuring accurate reflection of risk statuses Collaborate with project managers, stream leads, and the Senior Responsible Officer to monitor risks and devise actionable mitigation plans Contribute to corporate risk reporting, providing insights to inform government assurance processes Use Microsoft Suite tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel, and MS Project) to track, manage, and report on risk information.
