Essential Criteria

1. Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context.

2. Enterprise-level experience in managing Releases and delivering systems based on contemporary platforms and architectures (e.g. MuleSoft and Salesforce) including high level of integration to internal and external systems.

3. Proven experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management, software development/configuration, testing, system delivery, governance frameworks and methodologies.

4. Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management; or SAFe Agile.

Desirable criteria

1. Release and/or Project Management in Federal or State Government environments.

2. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
