This section also provides speech-writing services for the Portfolio Ministers and Secretary. Lead and Support: Spearhead innovative and dynamic strategic communication initiatives within a fast-paced environment, meticulously monitoring and reporting on progress. Coordinate strategic communication efforts and provide expert media advice to key stakeholders. Author, review, and produce high-quality communication materials tailored for diverse audiences. Manage media enquiries, collaborating closely with policy and operational teams, and applying professional judgement. Collaboration and Product Creation: Collaborate on the creation of comprehensive communication products, spanning web content, video, digital, and print. Contribute to the out-of-hours media on-call roster, ensuring effective response and representation. Design, develop, implement, and evaluate media and communication activities in alignment with organisational objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice on intricate matters and projects. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the division in external engagement, communication, and social media. Management and Oversight: Oversee the procurement, selection, and delivery of initiatives, ensuring optimal outcomes. Lead and manage team outcomes, monitoring progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
