Full timeHudson has partnered with a high profile government agency looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of property management for their commercial properties, staff housing, and government engagement centres.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fit-out projects for a number of sites, leading minor capital works projects, accommodation management, as well as working closely with the Property Service Provider to ensure leasing and facility management services are appropriately delivered.Duties:Day-to-day management of the propertiesLiaison with the Property Service providerInternal and external stakeholder managementLeasing under the Department of Finance rules and guidelines, working towards best practice and full compliance with the rulesContract management of minor and major capital projectsBrief and bid writingStaff training, development, and mentoringUnderstanding and interpreting legislation relevant to the property portfolioSupporting and backfilling the team leadershipCompliance with, and action and advice on WHS legislation in the individuals workplace as well as the broad property portfolioManaging junior staffIf you are interested in the role, please submit via the link.
