El 1 Property Manager

Hudson has partnered with a high profile government agency looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of property management for their commercial properties, staff housing, and government engagement centres.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fit-out projects for a number of sites, leading minor capital works projects, accommodation management, as well as working closely with the Property Service Provider to ensure leasing and facility management services are appropriately delivered.
