We currently have roles to fill in a variety of areas across Intelligence Capability Division.
Our Assistant Directors are instrumental in aligning our strategies and approaches to drive services and tangible outcomes for our customers.
We are seeking candidates to lead and inspire dynamic teams to achieve strategic objectives and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Intelligence Capability Division are Sponsors, on behalf of the Capability Manager, for Intelligence related functions in addition to Program Director roles that involve stewarding multiple Projects and Products through the capability life cycle.
Note we are not a Delivery Agency.
The teams you lead and manage are diverse and highly specialised consisting of ADF, APS and industry staff.
You will demonstrate high level initiative and interpersonal skills to motivate and get the best from multiple teams across the enterprise.
You will confidently engage with a broad range of project stakeholders within the Group, and build rapport with relevant interdependent areas across Defence.

This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.
