The Scheme Payments Transformation Branch is the subject matter expert responsible for strategic planning and transformation of Scheme claiming and payment systems, to ensure alignment with government policies and priorities.The branch drives priority projects across the Agency, using data to inform continuous improvement, which ensures process and system changes effectively support end-users to realise benefits.Where you can add valueEvery day at the NDIA will bring you new challenges and achievements. They should possess highly developed stakeholder engagement and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders. They should have a demonstrated ability to engage in complex problem solving and issues management. You should have prior experience leading teams, as well as strong time management skills.
