You will collaborate effectively as a result of your high-level written and oral communication skills, agility and flexibility.As a Project Manager, you will be proficient in implementing clear plans and timeframes, and respond positively to change and uncertainty. You will be adaptable and flexible in taking on additional duties as required; including but not limited to; Objective Work Group Coordinator (WGC), Fire Warden or Project Security Officer responsibilities.This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP). This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.
