An exciting opportunity exists for multitalented individuals to join the Joint Electronic Warfare Directorate as a Project Manager. The role involves the management and delivery of capability effects under the Integrated Investment Portfolio Cyber Capabilities Program of Work.The Project Manager is responsible for the following:
Managing and leading the AUKUS EW team within Joint EW Directorate;Preparing correspondence, briefs, and reports as required including submissions and documents for higher delegate and committee consideration;Building and sustaining stakeholder engagement, including the ability to communicate with influence and negotiate effectively;Analysing, interpreting Project performance against agreed plans, developing, and evaluating strategies to achieve Project outcomes.This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP). This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.
