EL1 Program Manager
Our client is responsible for processing and evaluating new prescription medicines, new uses of medicines, and other variations to medicines ensuring the medicines are safe, efficacious, and become available to the customers in a timely manner. The Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Medicines Repurposing Program (MRP). They will support and mentor team members, including coaching and training to uplift capability and build knowledge.
Specific duties include: Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocationsManage the program scope and monitor program progress against key activities, keeping it on track by proactively identifying, assessing, and resolving roadblocksReport on program status to the Minister, the Secretary and senior executivesPrepare and review a range of written work including briefs, policy papers, and communication materialTake responsibility for the achievements of individual and team outcomes, monitor progress and follow through to deliver quality outcomesLead and motivate the MRP team, working with the Medical Officers to manage tasks and ensure clear communication among all stakeholdersBuild and sustain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersFoster a positive and productive work environment for the program teamStart date: ASAP
End date: 12 months from commencement

Hours: Full-time (37.5 Hours per Week)
