Randstad has partnered with a large federal government agency to recruit an EL1 Procurement Capability Officer to join their team. This role is a 12-month contract located in Brisbane CBD, with flexibility to work from home two days a week once onboarded and operational.The EL1 Procurement Capability is responsible for undertaking highly complex work to achieve quality outcomes within procurement functions. This role operates with a significant degree of autonomy to address complex problem-solving and manage issues within procurement. It requires exercising sound judgement to provide high-level policy advice and operational support.Key responsibilities of the role include:Leading the Procurement Capability Programme delivery.Implementing recommendations from the procurement training needs analysis report.Supporting business engagement on procurement principles and strategy.Developing engaging procurement content for Agency-wide dissemination.Managing Agency-wide procurement communications and notices.Cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships through business area engagements and presentations.Administering and analyzing the procurement capability questionnaire.Please note that these responsibilities are based on current priorities and may evolve over time.As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement specified personnel MUST be Australian citizens.Benefits of choosing Randstad We value our contractors.
