In this role, you'll exercise leadership and autonomy to deliver impactful change initiatives, liaising with diverse stakeholders to drive operational and strategic outcomes.
Lead a specialist team in designing and implementing change strategies aligned with our client's goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships with key internal and external partners, including disability community members.
Coordinate change management activities to ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery and support our client's Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) program.
Conduct change impact assessments and proactively address change resistance through targeted interventions.
Ensure effective communications to empower leaders as champions of change across the organisation.

About You: Bring your expertise and passion for change management to this meaningful role.
We're looking for a leader with the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a change manager or business analyst.
Certified in Change Management (such as CMI, Prosci, or Agile Change).
Skilled in designing and implementing inclusive change strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across varied sectors.
Experience in identifying change impacts and mitigating resistance effectively.
