EL1 ICT Sourcing Senior Specialist, Various Locations About the role
The ICT Service Delivery function delivers ICT procurement, contract management, Software Asset Management, and vendor relationship management services. The team delivers critical support services to ensure the Division is effectively managing the procurement of ICT goods and services, monitoring contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers, and monitoring vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts.
The ICT Sourcing Senior Specialist role works in partnership with the agency Procurement team to deliver ICT procurements from the transactional to strategic level. This role leads a small team and provides specialist advice to support Senior ICT Engineers in managing their ICT contracts by tracking renewals, licence consumption, facilitating new procurements, and contracts in conjunction with the agency's procurement team.
