HR Manager - Workforce ManagementThe HR Manager will play a key role in leading a team to deliver day-to-day support for strategic planning, change management, and attraction and retention. You will liaise with the Divisions and conduct regular workforce plan reviews to identify demands and gap analysis. You will also assist in reviewing and maintaining internal processes.
HR Manager - Strategy and CultureThe HR Manager will deliver, develop, and implement strategies and provide support on wellbeing. You will help develop and implement various strategies, including Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Attraction and Retention, Effective Communication, and Change management. You will assist in strategic decision-making and shape Workforce Strategy policy to help the GWEO capability to deliver outcomes.

As the role is required to work to tight deadlines, you will need the ability to work to a strict timeline and effectively manage competing priorities while displaying resilience.
You will be a self-starter, flexible, agile, and have a strong ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. It is expected that the successful candidate will lead and motivate the team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
