EL1/EL2 Senior Government Lawyer (Multiple Positions Available)Exciting opportunities await senior lawyers with expertise in Public Law & Statutory Interpretation at the EL1 - EL2 levels within our client's Legal Services Division.
Multiple positions are available under secondment arrangements for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for further extensions.
The positions are located in Canberra, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Newcastle.
Flexible working arrangements would also be considered.
As a successful candidate, you will join a federal government agency's Program Advisory Legal Branch, where you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice on agency programs and legislation, managing program delegations and authorisations, and advising on general governance.
Your key responsibilities will include providing technical administrative law advice and developing staff capability through coaching and mentoring.
