Contract to 30 June 2024 - some scope for extension APS6 or EL1 level considered Labour-hire contract - S26 transfer not available The Agency: You'll be joining a national regulatory body, promoting the safety and protection of individuals and the environment across the marine sector. The Role: A new opportunity is available to join a friendly and talented small digital engagement team in a small, well-known Government agency. You will be largely responsible for both the development and oversight of social media content, including paid ads across both LinkedIn and Facebook. You will be responsible for dissecting analytics, contributing to digital strategy, and developing a range of digital communications. This is a labour-hire contract and may be offered at either the APS6 or EL1 level. Role Responsibilities: Scheduling and quality assurance on organic and campaign-related social media content Implementation of paid social media advertising on Facebook and LinkedIn Preparation of marketing emails and newsletters Analytics and dashboard reporting on social and email channels, including preparing campaign engagement reports Preparing strategies and targets for email marketing, paid advertising and evergreen social content management Supporting procurement and onboarding of social media management tool, including selection, implementation, training and template setup Supporting onboarding of email marketing tool, including implementation, training and setup of templates Your Skills and Experience: To be considered for this position, you will have experience using the following platforms: Hootsuite Mail Chimp Dynamics 365 Google Analytics (desirable) Swift Digital (desirable) Experience in a digital communications or social media position is essential – ideally in the Government, however private sector experience will be considered.
