HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced EL1 Assistant Director to join a dedicated team focused on workforce and operational support.
You will: Provide strategic advice and guidance on procurement and workforce activities.
Oversee complex and sensitive procurement processes and workforce management.
Prepare detailed corporate documentation, reports, and briefs.
Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Support and mentor a multidisciplinary team, enhancing their capability and performance.
Improve processes to boost team effectiveness and efficiency.

About You: Proven experience in procurement and workforce management.
Strong knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and financial legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in developing work plans and implementing continuous improvements.
Understanding of relevant legislation (desirable but not essential).
You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance at Client cost.
