12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend.
Multiple positions offering $602.55 daily + Superannuation.
This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site.
37.5-hour work weeks.
Position to be based in Richmond.
Your responsibilities will include: Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
Providing strategic advice about the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
Providing support to drive business improvement in access and planning processes including expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Raising awareness of critical issues to senior management through regular management reporting to senior management.
Providing effective leadership to a small team of staff delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.
Prioritising completing priorities and provide advice to the Agency's executive team about overall team capacity, scope of work and progress against key deliverables.
Providing considered advice to multi-disciplinary teams and the Agency's executive, Board, Minister and other Australian Government Departments in a timely manner.

The role manages a small team, providing leadership and managing workloads A positive contemporary attitude to people with disability along with a high level of understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals.
Applying project management skills to coordinate and support Agency business areas to undertake effective resource development Provide strategic direction and establish priorities for the work area to meet operational requirements, ensuring that the teams have the necessary guidance for performing their roles Encourage different ideas, insights and opinions.
Resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.
Provide leadership, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors working within the work area.
