You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks, including, but not limited to:Assisting the Director with overall team strategy and planning.Assisting the Director in leading large scale OCIO tender processes, including the detailed NPP, 1st Pass and 2nd Pass business cases, procurement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, such as the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).Overseeing the administration of the program governance, supporting risks and issues controls, and providing reports for key stakeholders.Leading an integrated approach, identifying procurement requirements early in the process, including supporting the planning activities within the wider team.Managing regular policy and process reviews for continuous business improvement that benefit the business clients and improving procurement business partnership.Directing enquiries for response from appropriate areas and providing the Program Director and Branch Manager with advice on responses.Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.NotesWhile this role is ideally performed from ACT - Deakin, VIC - Geelong or VIC - Richmond, remote working arrangements may be considered.
