EL 1 Assistant Director Products Pricing and Underwriting - Defence Service Homes Insurance The Defence Service Homes Insurance Scheme (DSH Insurance) is a national scheme providing home building insurance to eligible veterans, war widows and Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel. There are some 46,000 building policies across Australia. The Scheme is fully self-funded from premium income and operates very much like any other commercial general insurance provider. The Assistant Director – Products, Pricing & Underwriting is responsible for the insurance underwriting program, management of premium pricing and the ongoing management and future development of insurance products. The role is also responsible for design of business processes and managing the compliance and assurance program for the Scheme. The position can be located in any site that DSH Insurance currently has a presence - Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra. The PPU team currently have team members in Brisbane and Melbourne only. Duties Mandatory Requirements Eligibility This recruitment process is being used to fill ongoing and/or non-ongoing position/s.
