Our client is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. About the role: The Agency is seeking multiple EL1 Assistant Directors across multiple branches including:
Home and Living ReformHome and Living SupportsHome and Living CapitalPricing and EconomicsPartner PolicyYou will be responsible for shaping policy, designing, and implementing the Agency's reform as well as playing a key leadership position. Duties may include:
Leading a team to develop contemporary and informed policy and strategies.Building relationships and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Leading development of policy and corporate documents to a high standard.Designing and delivering engagement activities.Using data and technical inputs to form recommendations.Leading reform projects in line with the wider reform program for the Agency.Managing and providing policy leadership to a team.Contributing to building a positive and high performing team culture.What's in it for you?
