The Chief People Strategy Officer Division is responsible for people strategies that enhance employee experience and outcomes for participants, families, and the community, by using real-time data insights to apply person-centred and evidence-based methods.Where you can add value
Innovation and ImprovementLeading and developing strategic improvement process design and development.Coordinating responses regarding issues of strategic risk and significance.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increasing efficiencies using quantitative and qualitative analysis.Providing technical support to resolve business-specific issues.Strategy Design and ImplementationSupporting and developing structured insights, identifying priorities, defining scope, and providing recommendations for strategic projects.Developing and interpreting policy and strategy while maintaining an understanding of sensitive organisational and political issues.Contributing and creating materials for senior internal and external stakeholders to communicate perspectives, recommendations, and implications for the Agency.Engaging with a range of key stakeholders, ensuring that policy and strategy development is contemporary, relevant, and evidence-informed.Enough about us, let's talk about you
This role will draw on candidates' passion for continuous improvement and collaboration as well as co-design and strategic thinking skills to support strategies that enable people to bring their best selves to the workforce.
Our ideal candidates will have a high level of knowledge in improvement science methodology and people strategy and culture.
