The Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch provides enabling services for the entire Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division including Financial and Business Management, Technical Delivery, Governance Risk and Assurance and Enterprise Architecture functions and supports ICT service delivery for Agency Staff and Partners. Where you can add valueThe position is an important team leadership position and as a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks. You will be responsible for: Supervising one of the following ICT Service Management functions: Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, ICT Engagement.Providing technical support and advice to team leaders and junior staff. Ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed service levels.
