As an Agency, we support more than 600,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your relevant experience and make a real impact in the lives of people with disabilities. The Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch provides enabling services for the entire Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division including Financial and Business Management, Technical Delivery, Governance Risk and Assurance and Enterprise Architecture functions and supports ICT service delivery for Agency Staff and Partners. Where you can add valueThe position is an important team leadership position and as a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks. You will be responsible for: Supervising one of the following ICT Service Management functions: Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, ICT Engagement.Providing technical support and advice to team leaders and junior staff. Ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed service levels. Developing and implementing strategies for improvement of ICT Service Management services.Monitoring and reporting on team performance against KPIs and service level agreements.Enough about us, let's talk about youOur ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder management and implementing customer-centric ways of working, alongside prior experience working or providing services for Government Agencies.The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors working within the work area.We are looking for individuals who exhibit a positive contemporary attitude towards people with disabilities and high-level understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals.Your NDIA ExperienceWe work as one team.
