Skip to contentManagement (Information & Communication Technology)Salary range of $122,949 - $135,013 + 15.4% superCandidate must be an Australian citizenThe RoleThe successful applicant will lead, supervise and develop the Financial Systems Team for Technology One and Expense8 and report to the Director, Financial Operations. This person will be responsible for providing strategic and technical advice on Financial Systems, and will be an integral part of a team implementing a new Financial Management Information Systems, TechnologyOne in 2025.
Our ideal applicants will have proven experience in Financial Management Information Systems Administration, with strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsive in high pressure and changing environments and have the ability to work independently and apply strategic thinking for decision making. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be innovative, have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to implement changes.DUTIESProject manage the design and implementation of the new Financial Management Information System.Management of Technology One and Expense8 systems, including system configuration changes, user access maintenance, help desk inquiries, training new system users and system testing.Coding and running adhoc SQL queries to generate data extracts for QoNs, data analysis, and audit inquiries and develop dashboards and reports for the senior leadership.Manage the data migration process & master data tidy-up & management.Lead, supervise and develop a small team.Provide expertise and technical knowledge in Financial Systems.Manage the ongoing development, implementation, system performance and quality assurance of the financial management systems and processes used.Build rapport and maintain internal and external relationships, respond to enquiries, provide assistance and factual advice in a timely manner.Manage prioritisation of own workloads and those of team, ensuring work activities are completed to agreed timeframes and standard, undertake quality assurance reviews of information and work, and ensuring quality customer service and advice.Preparation and approval of end of month processes.How to apply:Please hit the apply button or for more information contact Anne from Randstad Digital on 02 6243 6404 .
