Your primary focus will be on stakeholder engagement, communications, and change functions within the DFG. You will support the design and delivery of DFG's employee engagement events, communications channels and change management and communication strategies.About our TeamThe Financial Change and Integration Branch (FCIB) was established in November 2022 to support major financial change projects. Our branch plays a lead role in supporting the people side of change, with a strong focus on improving employee communication and engagement and change management solutions.The Financial Change and Integration Branch consists of four sections that work collaboratively in supporting the effective design and delivery of change:Financial Management Solutions – Internal Budgeting & Reporting Solution;DFG Capability Development;DFG Organisational Change and Communications; andDFG Innovation & Business Improvement.Our Ideal CandidateYou are an energetic change and/or communications leader, able to inspire your colleagues to help deliver the DFG Organisational Change and Communications function. You are a creative problem-solver with experience delivering change or communications in complex environments of change and disruption. You are also naturally a 'people person'; confident, gregarious and energised by communicating with and supporting people to implement best practice change and communication strategies.Our ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:A track record of delivering results with experience in Executive-level change or communications roles in support of complex change agendas;Exemplary skills in communicating with influence in a range of media, including a demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate large forums, both in-person and online;First-rate stakeholder and relationship skills, including an ability to cultivate productive working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation;Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, including in researching, developing and evaluating complex change or communications strategies; andA commitment to continuous improvement, contributing to a high performing team.
