Duties and Responsibilities
We are growing and seeking a Senior EIM Technical Consultant with at least 5 years' experience and skills in OpenText's Extended ECM Platform.
It is essential applicants have experience with day-to-day complex support, installations, maintenance and patching on the OpenText Extended ECM platform.
You will have the following:
Experience working in a professional services environment.
OpenText Certification in the Extended ECM Platform The ability to deliver OpenText solutions that exceed our customer's expectations and requirements.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
Experience working as part of a team and project environment.
Experience working on multiple customer sites.
Key functions of the role
Projects
Collaborate with clients to understand solution requirements Translate requirements into functional and technical design documents Participate in project teams to deliver solutions Consulting
Complete tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution Provide relevant, useful, proactive support and advice Update the team, Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager Client support
Support our service agreements and contracted obligations Provide Tier 2 and 3 support, by phone, email and the customer portal Take responsibility for the resolution of assigned queries Provide workshop facilitation, demonstrations, and documentation Complete application monitoring and operational management tasks Support information gathering and monthly report compilation Provide strategic roadmap advice for clients, including on current trends Pipeline and roadmap
Develop a broad understanding of Atturra products and services Identify and progress areas for improvement and added value for clients What will make you successful in this role?
