About the Role: Our client, a leading national organisation specialising in retirement living, is seeking a proactive and experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor. This role is critical in driving a unified safety culture and ensuring best-in-class environmental, health, and safety practices across multiple sites in the Sunshine Coast area.

Key Responsibilities: Provide EHS technical support and customer service across property assets and capital projects.Implement and maintain EHS management systems and compliance trackers.Lead assurance visits, inspections, and audits to monitor safety performance.Ensure contractor compliance with legislative and company standards.Drive a culture of accountability where everyone is responsible for safety.Facilitate training sessions on EHS tools, including Enablon Safety & Inspection.Lead incident investigations and manage notifications to internal and external stakeholders.Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external regulators.What We're Looking For: Diploma qualification in Environment, Health & Safety Management (or working towards one).Proven experience in EHS roles within property management, development, or construction.Strong understanding of ISO 14001 & 18001 management systems.Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change at the frontline.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Employee Benefits on Offer: Flexible Working Arrangements: Enjoy a hybrid working model.Professional Development: Access ongoing training and career growth opportunities.Supportive and Collaborative Culture: Work within a team that values your contributions.Employee Wellbeing Program: Prioritise your health and safety through dedicated initiatives. 1 wellness day a quarter!Child Care Rebate SchemeBonus SchemeWhy Partner with Us?
