The EHS Administrator is responsible for ensuring EHS administration systems are functional and allocated within the Australian business but predominately the Trentham facility to meet OHS Act, ISO 14001 & 45001, EPA Regulations, Arxada corporate EHS policies, standards and guidelines. This will be achieved by maintaining functional systems and programs to monitor the EHS performance systems for the Trentham facility. A key requirement for this position is administration of systems processes to maintain compliance requirements for the Trentham facility. You will comply with all relevant Occupational, Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation, codes of practice, standards, policies, operating procedures and work instructions. Responsibilities: Provide support as requested by the Trentham site manager and EHS manager APAC which may involve international travel. Assist with the effective integration relationship and support between EHS and the business needs and objectives. Ensure systems maintenance of the MHF and EPA Licenses and ISO related accreditations. Manage, control and maintain all EHS systems-based registers, procedures and documentation. Maintain all functional health, training and monitoring programs. Manage the local and corporate iCloud EHS Management systems for accurate data recording and reporting of AU business environmental, health and safety key performance indicators. Prepare monthly EHS reports and presentations as required. Ensure all EHS documentation including audit reports are maintained, saved and recorded within the management system for trackability and recall. Scribe for meetings relating to EHS. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Prioritizing workload with the ability to multitask is paramount. Advance computer skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to adapt in changing environments. Excellent communication skills internally and externally. Excellent time management and interpretation skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
