We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Commercial Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office, to work closely with our internal departments, such as: Fin Ops, Procurement, Service Delivery, Sales and Senior Leadership.
As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will:
Identify business improvement opportunities through insightful analysis. Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to drive better commercial outcomes for efm. Oversee projects from inception through to successful implementation. Actively manage a pipeline of projects and a team to ensure delivery of timely, insightful and high-quality analysis that adds value to our customers, partners and efm. Regularly prepare and present financial performance reporting to the Executive Leadership team. Be responsible for all performance management, training and development of Commercial Analysts. Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Manage and achieve team's financial targets and KPIs. We are looking for:
A passionate and curious individual. Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to complete financial modelling and data analysis. Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial and pricing decisions and strategies from a customer's perspective. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field. Proficiency in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel. Project Management mindset helpful. Why should you join efm Logistics?
