We're looking for a passionate and innovative Senior Solution Designer to join our team, with opportunities to work from either our vibrant Sydney office or our beautiful Gold Coast Hub. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with just 2 days in the office and the rest from the comfort of your home.
How will I help? Innovative Solutions : Define and design high-level technical solutions that ensure reliable, stable, and operationally sound applications. Quality Standards : Set standards, methods, and processes for developing quality applications with consistent, maintainable code. Expert Guidance : Apply your expertise to inform architecture and solutions design for optimal designs. Cost Management : Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for design and development phases. Lifecycle Management : Offer expertise on application asset life cycle management, incident recovery, problem resolution, service continuity, and asset integration. Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve complex service issues to ensure effective application development, maintenance, and support. Technical Support : Provide expert technical support and monitor process efficiency for application assets and maintenance. Change Management : Oversee and validate complex changes to business services to ensure ongoing stability and sustainability. What do I need? Extensive relevant IT industry experience in a highly technical role Experience in Financial Crime, Risk & Regulatory projects Experience with systems development, support, and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration Advanced knowledge of system analysis Proven results in at least one technical specialism, such as a sub-domain or language Advanced analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultative skills A firm understanding of a financial services operating environment, applications, and products is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills How do I apply?
