Within the Risk Division, the Risk Chief Operating Officer (Risk COO) drives the operational excellence of the Risk Function to ensure we achieve high performance and role model the standard of risk management that the Group expects. This accountability also includes sponsorship and delivery of a diverse portfolio of change initiatives critical to the Risk Division.Reporting to the Project Manager(s) of one or several of these initiatives, you will support Risk COO Delivery Team as a Senior Business Analyst , where you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to analyse current state(s), identify key issues and risks, document business requirements and solution designs, as well as completion of a range of deliverables required by the Group's Transformation Delivery Standard.You will be responsible for ensuring that risks (Project and Operations) are managed in accordance with set risk frameworks, including governance and escalation frameworks. You will support the implementation and embedment of effective Records Management practices across the Risk Division and prepare business impact and risk assessments for proposed changes and/or recommended business solutions with associated costs and benefits. You will effectively prepare, plan and manage Business Analysis activities within medium to large complex projects which feed into project plans without direction or guidance and drive the implementation of project initiatives while maintaining focus on risk requirements. In addition to this you will:Support the Project Manager in the identification and the management of the Project Key Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID).Ensure that both delivery and delivered risks are proactively identified and managed in accordance with policy and standards.Demonstrate well versed analysis techniques to drive outcomes such as impact assessments, gap analysis and data profiling.Develop and maintain collaborative working relations with key stakeholders.Conduct thorough assessment of current state(s) and definition of problem statement(s)Produce concise, clear reports that effectively communicate project status to various stakeholder groups.Work collaboratively with the Project team, colleagues in the Risk Division, and stakeholders across the Group.Act as an ambassador for Risk always through delivery and behaviours.Maintain high quality documentation throughout the project lifecycleWhat's in it for me?Inspiring locations. You will have excellent analysis and problem-solving skills with great stakeholder management. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. You will have strong presentations skills and have prior experience with project planning and execution.
