The role has strong potential of career growth based on performance.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of web applications.Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand requirements and create a test strategy that covers critical functionality and use cases.Design and implement test cases that thoroughly cover user stories, business requirements, and risk based scenarios.Run automated tests on different environments to ensure continuous feedback for different test phases.Analyse test results, identify and document defects, and provide detailed reports on test execution and outcomes.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback during the development cycle.Ensure that automated tests are updated and maintained in line with changes to the application and its requirements.Keep up to date with the latest developments in Selenium and other relevant technologies to continuously improve testing practices.What do I need?You will be experienced and have a deep understanding of Java/C#/Java Script or Python development and be ready to work in Java environment. You will be a strong problem solver and someone that is continually looking to upskill and develop.To be considered for this role you need the following skills/experience:Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in test automation.Strong experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a strong focus on web applications.Proficiency in Java/C#/Java Script or Python Selenium Web Driver or similar test automation tools and frameworks.Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and browser behavior to effectively write and debug tests.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions, and integration of automated tests into these pipelines.Strong analytical skills to design effective test cases and diagnose issues efficiently.Good communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to report findings clearly.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative team playerHow do I apply?Start here.
