Permanent Post Sales Administrator role, based in Osborne Park. HAYS are currently working with a well-known building supplier based in Osborne Park. The role is Post Sales Administrator and it is a permanent position, paying up to $80k + super depending on experience.

Your new role
As the Post Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to all incoming enquiries from both builders and retail customers. Your day-to-day will include, but will not be limited to;
Allocating cases to the right team members and/or departments. Scheduling and coordination of inspections with the inspections team. Handling general post sales enquiries. Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analysis. What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role and your exceptional attention to detail will lead you to your success, as will;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case/job management software. Strong analytical skills. What you'll get in return
