Your new role
This is an exciting role that will see you work closely with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, where you will play a critical part in a joint venture. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a technical role that will see you working collaboratively with colleagues as well as the wider business. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to positively influence decision-making within the joint venture. This role also ensures appropriate control measures are in place to mitigate financial and operational risks, maintaining compliance with both companies' policies. What you'll need to succeed CPA/CA or equivalent qualification Commercial and strategic thinker Experience working in a similar role - Management Accounting/Finance Business Partnering Continuous improvement and innovation mindset Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Analytical with good problem-solving skills Great communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with good time management Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously Experience using SAP - highly desirable Experience having worked in audit (especially Big4) - highly desirable Experience working within the resource sector - highly desirable What you'll get in return
